Upon placing an order, JR7 Fabric shall ship the product to you and be entitled to its payment for the services.

The Website and its contents are owned by JR7 Fabric, which operates as a Sole Proprietorship registered under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws of India.

These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively the courts in New Delhi, India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New Delhi, India, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the JR7 Fabric Website.
