Shipping and Delivery Policy
We are committed to delivering your premium home textiles in excellent condition and as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Zones & Costs
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above Rs. 1,500.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders below Rs. 1500, a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 150 is applied.
- Express Shipping: Express delivery options may be available for select pin codes at an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, JR7 Fabric focuses on serving customers within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing and Delivery Timelines
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time (Standard Shipping)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your pin code and unforeseen logistical circumstances.
- Major Metro Cities (Tier 1): 3 – 5 business days
- Other Cities (Tier 2 & 3): 5 – 7 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: 7 – 10 business days
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing the following information:
- Tracking Number: A unique number provided by our courier partner.
- Tracking Link: A link to the courier company’s website where you can monitor the status of your shipment in real-time.
Please allow up to 24 hours from the time of dispatch for the tracking information to become active.
4. Packaging and Inspection
- Secure Packaging: All JR7 Fabric products are packed securely in tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Damage on Arrival:
If you notice that the package is severely damaged or tampered with upon arrival, please refuse to accept the delivery. Contact our customer support immediately at 9773960032 so we can arrange a replacement shipment.
5. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages on different days to ensure faster delivery. In such cases, you will be provided with separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
6. Delivery Failure & Non-Availability
Non-Availability Details:
Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order three times. If delivery is not completed after three attempts due to customer unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, any refund or re-shipment request will be handled as per our standard cancellation and refund policy, and reverse logistics charges may apply.
