Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Important Note on Delivery
We highly recommend that you record an uncut video while opening your package (an **“unboxing video”**) at the time of delivery. This video is required if you receive a damaged or wrong product and need a return or exchange.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here is how we can help:
1. Returns and Exchanges
You ARE Eligible for a Return or Exchange If:
- Manufacturing Defect: The product has a clear fault in how it was made (e.g., torn, poor stitching, etc.). We take full responsibility for this.
- Wrong Product Sent: The item delivered does not match the size, colour, or specifications you ordered on our website.
You ARE Eligible for an Exchange If:
Colour/Size Swap: You wish to exchange an item for a different colour or size of the same product (subject to stock availability).
Item Condition: The item must meet the General Shipping Terms (unused, unwashed, original packaging, tags attached).
- Time Limit: You report the issue within 2 days of receiving your order.
To Start a Return:
Please email the following to [jr7fabricsales@gmail.com] within 2 days of delivery:
- Your Order Number.
- The unboxing video (showing the defect/damage clearly).
- A photograph of the defect.
We will review your request and reply within 24 hours or sooner.
You are NOT Eligible for a Return or Exchange If:
- Sale Items: The item was bought at a discount, special offer, or during a sale event. All discounted sales are final.
- Custom Products: Items that were specially customised or made-to-order (e.g., custom-sized curtains, specially monogrammed products, etc.).
- Return Delay: The return request is made after 2 days of receiving the order.
- Different Product: The exchange requested is for a completely different product or type of textile.
- Cancellation: The order was cancelled by you after it had already been shipped/dispatched (see Cancellation section below).
2. General Shipping Terms
- Shipping Costs: If a return or exchange is approved, we will not refund the original shipping charges you paid.
- Reverse Logistics:
If Defective/Wrong Product: JR7 Fabric will cover all costs for reverse pickup and re-shipping of the correct item.
If Size/Colour Exchange (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the two-way shipping cost.
- Condition: The returned item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved by our quality team, we will begin the refund process:
Processing Details:
- Prepaid Orders (Card, UPI, Netbanking): The refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will need your bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code) to process the transfer. Please email these details to [jr7fabricsales@gmail.com] and include your Order Number.
Refunds are processed and credited to your account within 5-7 business days after we approve the return.
4. Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [jr7fabricsales@gmail.com] with your order number.
- Before Shipping: We can fully cancel your order and issue a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the package is shipped out.
- After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped/dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may refuse the package when the courier delivers it, but standard shipping and return charges will apply.
